SponsorSwap™ runs curated, time-boxed growth cohorts for operators who publish consistently and commit to audience fit, responsive participation, and reliable delivery.

These standards define the shared commitments that keep cohort participation, matching, and swap delivery aligned, accountable, and fair.

SponsorSwap-Reviewed Operator Status

An operator receives SponsorSwap-Reviewed status after completing the required Operator Card, agreeing to these Operator Standards, and having their public-facing publication and visible publishing activity reviewed by SponsorSwap.

SponsorSwap reviews the publication during cohort application or onboarding for alignment with the information submitted.

The review is a limited, point-in-time assessment and does not constitute an endorsement, certification, verification of private metrics, or performance guarantee.

Swap Integrity

I manage SponsorSwap-sourced swaps and opportunity listings through the agreed SponsorSwap process to preserve fair access and operator accountability.

Delivery Commitment & Proof

I honor the agreed placement, timing, and delivery terms and provide reasonable proof of completion through the SponsorSwap process.

Placement Transparency

I publish each SponsorSwap placement in the agreed location and format so the exchange remains clear, visible, and fair.

Data Accuracy

I keep each Operator Card accurate and current to support informed matching and swap decisions.

Tracking Link Integrity

I use SponsorSwap-provided tracking links as provided so swap performance remains attributable and measurable.

45-Day Completion

I complete each agreed swap within 45 days of mutual approval unless SponsorSwap confirms a different timeline.
